Lovely restaurant with delicious food! We got the fried rice and roast duck curry, so good and the portion sizes are great. The decor and atmosphere is nice. Note there are stairs to enter the restaurant if you have any mobility issues.

Sisi Kay is hands-down my favorite Thai spot on 45th. My family ordered takeout, and our meal was ready in just 20 minutes -- super fresh and perfectly prepared. We went with Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Crispy Cashew Chicken, and the Golden Curry to share, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The Crispy Cashew Chicken was the unanimous favorite, it was perfectly crunchy with the right amount of spice, and a super flavorful sauce. The restaurant is front-and-center with a beautiful facade, even grabbing takeout feels like a bit of an adventure.

Came here on a Friday night with no reservation. Fortunately, there was only two of us so we were able to snag a table. The restaurant was quite busy with almost all of the tables full. It was a bit loud. There is a good range of dishes here, from traditional Thai to more non traditional Thai fusion items. The drinks are fantastic! I ordered the green curry with chicken and a spice level 4, it was not too spicy but had good flavor. My partner ordered the garlic tilapia, he loved the tilapia and raved about it. This is a good casual date night place.

Ambiance of the place was very cute and trendy. Didn't realize this restaurant was here until we stumbled upon it today looking for a new Thai place to try. Sisi Kay had a mixed of familiar dishes and some fun fusion dishes such as Tom yum pizza! We didn't try it this time, but want to next time. The roasted duck curry was different and delicious! Not only did the duck taste super flavorful and crispy, but the curry flavor was very strong in the best ways! We loved it :) one surprise was that for a curry dish, no rice came with it though, which I thought was odd. They should add this as a given , but since they don't, don't forget to add to compliment the curry better.

I will definitely be back to try more of the menu at Sisi Kay. The space is really cool on the inside and it's nice and clean. My server was great. I was underwhelmed by the Pad See Ewe with beef. The meat was surprisingly tough and there wasn't very much of it. As I said, maybe a one off, but in a genre with so much competition the PSE left something to be desired. Be back soon though!

The food was really good Authentic Thai with a great host Lunch was a pleasure Would recommend it to anyone in the area

Sisi Kay Thai is delicious. I've been here many times over the last decade and each time I haven't left disappointed. On this visit we went around lunch time, minus one star for absolutely no lunch menu, or affordable price point items. Moreover, our servers were busy folding napkins and only swung by after we waved them down for some sauce and then our check. So ya, service was a let down also. The food itself does not disappoint, the taste palette is on point. Delectable eats at a higher than average price point. A beautiful building with a transcendent atmosphere, we will be back. Hopefully, we can spot a lunch menu one day. Cheers Yelpers xx

Sisi Kay is a wonderful Thai spot in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. Service is friendly but not the quickest. Drinks are amazing and picture worthy but take a good amount of time to land. Food is all high quality and very well done. And you have to have the pad Thai - it's one of the best anywhere. Also one thing to know, they run a bit spicy. If you order a 3 it can feel like a 5 at times. For ambience it's small, but cozy. It's well manicured and welcoming. We love it and will absolutely be back time and again.

Amazing Thai spot in a cute and rustic little house. The interior was well decorated and made me feel like I'm in a modern traditional spot in Thailand. Made reservations for 12pm on Sunday with us being the only people there besides one table so plenty of seats. We got the Tom yum pizza and wow it was amazing. Thin, crispy, savory and tasted like the two combined perfectly. They elevated the dish in a way where it was more than just slapping tom yum ingredients on a normal pizza. We also got the Thai basil beef and the golden noodle with chicken. Both were amazing as well with the golden noodle being so creamy and savory from the curry spices. The noodles were just a bit over cooked and soft but didn't take away from how delicious it was. The drinks were great as well. The maitai was tart, tangy lightly sweet and had a kick and the presentation was spot on. Food: 4.8/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience. 5/5
